How to file the minnesota certified food protection manager (MN)
Food establishments, unless exempt, employ a Minnesota CFPM and display the certificate. Pass an approved course and exam, then apply online within six months of the exam. A newly opening place may start with someone who passed within the last six months, who then has 60 days to get certified.
