Signing in to Placetta
How to sign in or create an account, and what to do if you were invited by a teammate.
Create an account
- Go to placetta.com/app and enter your work email.
- Choose Create an account and pick a password of at least 8 characters.
- You're signed in. Placetta asks four quick questions about your business to set up your workspace.
Sign in
Enter your email, select Continue, then enter your password. If you'd rather not use a password, select Email me a code instead and enter the 6-digit code from the email.
Invited by a teammate
Sign in with the exact email address your teammate invited. The invitation is accepted when you sign in, and their workspace appears in your workspace menu.
Google and Microsoft
When your company uses Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft buttons appear on the sign-in page once they are turned on for Placetta.
Region
The region on the sign-in page shows where your account and data are stored. Placetta accounts are stored in the United States today.
