ABC-244 (Rev. 03/2025): how to file the Change in Licensee Information / Licensed Premises
After the license is issued: reports a change that doesn't need a transfer, such as a new member, officer or shareholder in the licensed company, a condition modification or removal, or a change to the premises. Submitted to the ABC district office with the fee from the ABC fee schedule.
